I can work with WordPress if you already have it. For new sites I usually build with modern tools that load faster, need no plugin updates and are harder to hack; you still get an easy way to edit your content.
Every site I build is set up for Google from day one: fast loading, mobile-first, proper titles and descriptions, a sitemap and local business details. Ranking at the top also needs reviews and content over time, and I'll tell you exactly what to do.
